Luxuria International is currently in the final stages of delivering a major fit-out project for the Coventry University Kigali Hub, a new academic facility set to open in the heart of Kigali, Rwanda.
This landmark development represents an important step in expanding world-class higher education infrastructure in the region, and Luxuria International has been entrusted with shaping the interior environment of the space to meet international academic standards.
The project has involved a comprehensive fit-out scope, focusing on creating functional, modern, and future-ready learning and administrative spaces. With the majority of works already completed, the project is now entering its final phase. This stage focuses on finishing details, final installations, and quality refinements to ensure that every space reflects the intended design vision and operational requirements of the university.
